    I have seen a few great examples of Tumblr usage like that of GE showcasing photos from their archives or of customers using their products.

    Given the range of visual platforms and social networks available, one of the challenges is to provide a different take on your content theme on each different platform. For example GE on Facebook uses images to link to science based articles or questions that show how their technology takes on tough challenges and provides deeper insights.

    Are there other ways that you would recommend to avoid content overlap on different visual media platforms?
