GREAT questions. 
#1 - video is the biggest most shared medium on any social network. So if you are a fan and you share a video and your non-fan friends sees it, you want them to become a fan.
#2 - that&#039;s the thing - Facebook is keeping the algorithm formula close to their chest, no one knows exactly how it works. And I suspect they continue to tweak it to provide the best experience. So a lot of these tips come from a huge number of experimenting. The particular link tip was testing by multiple Facebook community managers and vendors. We are not quite sure why it works, but it does work. Now, it isn&#039;t 100% accurate all the time. For example, sometimes I post with the box and I get a pick up, but most of the time it doesn&#039;t. 

My suggestion is for you to play with it and see what works best for you.</description>
